1 General Terms & Conditions

B365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between b365 and the user.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, betting markets, bonus offers, and payment transactions on the platform. b365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• This service is not available in regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each user accesses this platform entirely at their own risk.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with b365, you must provide accurate and truthful information on the registration form. Submitting false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

Registration Requirements

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number)
• A valid email address
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• A strong password

One Person, One Account Policy

Each individual may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or IP address may result in all associated accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

KYC Verification

Before making your first withdrawal at b365, you will need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This requires submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. KYC verification is generally completed within 24 hours.

3 Betting Rules

Certain rules must be followed when betting on b365. These rules apply equally to all members and are in place to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• B365 reserves the right to void bets if there are abnormal odds movements before a match begins.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.
• Multiple bets can be combined into an accumulator, with a maximum of 15 events per slip.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each market and can be viewed on the bet slip. b365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, particularly ahead of major events.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

B365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of that offer.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify, and wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings derived from a bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically between 5x and 30x).
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots count 100%, Live Casino counts 10%.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

Bonus Cancellation Reasons

If bonus terms are violated, if there are attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts, or if b365 determines that the bonus system is being abused, the bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

B365 supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are usually instant — in some cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on b365. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's identity.
• Bonus arbitrage or any abuse of the bonus system.
• Using software bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

7 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Once you contact our support team, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

B365 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or legal obligation.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions
